This policy explains how BENNY LOCKHART LLC, doing business as United Sales ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information.

Information you give us through our forms, applications and calls: name, email address, phone number, the state you live in and anything you write to us. If you join as an agent, also the information needed to onboard you, such as licensing status. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and confirm calls, help you with insurance coverage, onboard and support agents, send service messages, and improve our services.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in through the form on our website, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Depending on the boxes you tick, these are messages about your request (call scheduling, appointment reminders and onboarding updates) and, separately, marketing messages (news and offers).

We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, such as our messaging provider and mobile carriers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email, messaging and scheduling), with insurance carriers when you ask us to help you apply for coverage, and when required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
